Positions
We hire individuals for the following positions: Host, Wait staff, Bartender, Kitchen Helpers, Line Cooks, Sous Chef, Cooks and Housekeeping.

Dates and Times of Employment
Work dates for students will vary depending on school break schedules. All jobs are full time employment with overtime as business requires.

Wages
Wait staff: $2.75 per hour, plus tips.
Bar staff: Based on experience.
Host/Bus staff: Based on experience.
Service staff: Discounted meal plan available.
Kitchen helpers: $ 7.82 per hour/ $11.73 per hour OT
Restaurant Cooks: $8.33 per hour/$12.50 per hour OT
Housekeepers: $7.94 per hour/$11.91 per hour OT

Housing
Housing is provided, if necessary, in apartments or houses. All units require sharing a bedroom with a roommate. Each housing unit has a full kitchen, living room with TV, cable and VCR and also coin operated laundry facilities. Rent is based upon the type of housing available.
